A top-tier venture capitalist and two-time founder with three decades at the front line of technology, cybersecurity, and private investing. Pravin has raised $100M+ and delivered 4x MOIC across prior funds, with company exits to The Carlyle Group, Symantec, and EagleView.

He has backed 20+ early-stage companies, built two accelerators, and sits on the board of TiE New Jersey. His relationships run deep across real estate, space, defense, and hospitality — the sectors Aakar invests in. At Aakar he leads investment strategy, diligence, and portfolio construction.

Waman Patil

Managing Partner

A global operator and capital-formation specialist, Waman is the founder of SGS Group, a worldwide IT and managed-services firm operating across 140+ countries. He brings decades of cross-border execution and a deep real-asset and family-office network across the global Indian diaspora.

At Aakar he leads LP development, real estate and hospitality strategy, and the firm's international capital base — turning relationships into on-the-ground deals across the U.S. and India.
